Mark Lundquist: Chief Executive Officer Mark has over 30 years’ experience with high technology manufacturing and control systems companies. He has held executive positions in Bosch, Mannesmann AG, Norgren (IMI plc), Vickers, Valcor Engineering, and Grimes Aerospace, and began his career with Sundstrand Corporation. He has also founded and co-founded four companies (two Internet-based), and taken one public via IPO. Mark holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, is on the board of numerous technology companies, and is a mentor to two Michigan-based high tech incubators.
William Berlin: Senior Vice President Asia/Pacific William Berlin brings to Ringtail International Communications, Inc. [RIC] more that thirty-five years of experience in international commerce and finance, sales and marketing and supply chain trade. Mr. Berlin has operated a number of companies for himself and other operators, primarily in Asia and Europe as well as in the Middle East. He served in both the US and Canadian Coast Guard Services, is a graduate in Business Administration and International Trade from Linfield College (Oregon) and attended the University of Washington Graduate School of Business Administration specializing in advanced International Trade and Economics. He has been actively involved in business activities and projects in China, India, Japan, Malaysia and the Middle east block as well as England, Germany and Norway. Given the huge international implications of the RIC technology, Mr. Berlin will be able to use both his experience and contacts to further the development of RIC.
James Quinn: Senior Vice President Latin America James has a long history of establishing start-up operations and sales and marketing teams in Latin America and Europe. His corporate experience includes Tally Printer, Web Leader International, Automix Keyboards and international Telephone and Telegraph, and VariTyper Corp., as well as founding or co-founding three companies focused on document technology for print and web. Through his long tenure internationally he has built a set of strong contacts and relationships with business leaders in Central and South America. James graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a major in Spanish and minors in History and English and attended graduate school at New York University. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. James speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese and is conversant in French and Italian. James founded and currently heads Conde, LLC a consulting company specializing in market entry to Latin America and European markets.
Christopher R. Chaleki: Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer Chris developed the technology for Ringtail. He has an extensive background in designing satellite and broadband networks and related systems, as well as a significant designing experience in other wireless, radio and optic technologies. He worked for Sony Corporation, NASA and the Government of Canada before founding his own company. He also founded Amherst Electronic Instruments which he sold to Comprehensive Video Supply which became CT Technologies. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and holds multiple U.S. patents.
Robert Lippelman: Co-Founder, Vice President of Company Strategy and Legal Affairs Robert Lippelman is currently in private practice in a law firm in Jacksonville, Florida and practices in the areas of civil and criminal trial litigation. Before going into private practice, Mr. Lippelman served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida for eight years. Mr. Lippelman has also served as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for a Florida non-profit corporation 2003-2008, and still serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Lippelman will be responsible for strategy and legal oversight of all operations of Ringtail International Communications. Mr. Lippelman has been admitted to the practice of law in the State of Florida since 2002. Mr. Lippelman is a graduate of Vermont Law School (2002; J.D., MSEL) and a graduate of the University of Florida (1998; B.S).
Karen D. Chaleki: Co-Founder, VP Business Development Prior to joining Ringtail, Karen was a small business turnaround expert using her experience to help companies in web design accounting, management and logistics. Karen has worked closely with Chris Chaleki on product usage, market research, and is prepared for product and system deployment.
Michael Cox: Interim VP of Sales and Marketing Mike has held numerous positions for companies within the financial services industry. He worked as a Mortgage Lending Officer with Cedant Mortgage until 2006. He most recently worked as a licensed broker-dealer with Fidelity Investments with a focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients. He attended Florida State College of Jacksonville.
